What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
To rent a car with Rent a Car Rasel, you must provide a valid driver's license (held for at least one year), a passport or national ID, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit.
How does the security deposit work?
At the start of the rental, a security hold is placed on your credit card. This amount is not a charge and will be automatically released once the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was received.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, all rentals include basic third-party liability and collision damage waiver (CDW). We also offer premium insurance packages for full coverage and zero deductible for maximum peace of mind during your trip.
What is the fuel policy for the vehicles?
We operate on a 'Full-to-Full' fuel policy. You will receive the car with a full tank of fuel and are expected to return it full. This ensures you only pay for the fuel you actually use during your rental period.
Where can I pick up or return my rental car?
Our head office is located in Durrës. We primarily operate in Tirana and at Rinas Airport (Tirana International Airport), providing seamless delivery and pickup services to ensure your mobility throughout our main service areas.
